School Transfer Procedures

Students posted to Commonwealth Secondary School but wish to transfer out to another school due to medical reasons.

For students who wish to appeal for transfer to another school due to medical conditions, please inform our school’s General Office by 22 December 2025 (Mon), 12 pm and we will assist you. Please bring along the relevant medical documents to support your appeal for school transfer. For further clarification, please contact the school’s General Office at 6560-6866.
Students posted to other schools but wish to transfer into Commonwealth Secondary School

Please note that appellants are required to meet the cut-off points (COP) for the relevant Posting Group for their transfer appeals to be considered, subject to availability of vacancy. The COP for the three posting groups for the 2026 Secondary 1 intake at Commonwealth Secondary School are provided in the table below. Please submit the appeal form via https://go.gov.sg/s1-cwss-posting-appeal-form-2025 by 26 December 2025 (Fri), 12pm.
