9. Financial Assistance Schemes (FAS)

• MOE FAS

  Singapore Citizen students who have financial needs can seek assistance from MOE for school fees and other expenses if their monthly Gross Household Income (GHI) is $4000 and below, or if their family's monthly Per Capital Income (PCI) is $1000 or less.

  Students whose 2026 MOE FAS application are already approved via your Primary Schools or with siblings in other schools whose 2026 FAS application are already approved, please email your approval letter to cwss@moe.edu.sg. We will prepare the FAS approval letter for you to collect books and uniforms from our school bookshop.

  If you have not applied through your child’s primary school for 2026 MOE FAS, kindly do so immediately. You can access the online e-FAS application form via the Parents Gateway App >Services > Financial Assistance or via this link https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas

• School Based FAS

  Singapore Citizen students whose GHI is between $4,001 to $5,500, or PCI is between $1,001 to $1,375 can apply for the school-based FAS. Please contact the school at 6560 6866 or cwss@moe.edu.sg if you meet the criteria.
